Are you ready to Embody your Self? The Embodied Movement Saturday morning group sessions are designed to help you explore your inner world through movement.

Each session focuses on one or more unique themes providing a fresh opportunity for personal growth and creativity. These sessions are open to anyone, regardless of experience, and offer a supportive space to connect with yourself and others.

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, inspiration, or a way to move more intuitively, this is your invitation to move with curiosity and joy.

Embodied Movement Circle: Trauma-informed, 3 sessions

Discover a journey of healing and self-discovery through mindful movement, creative expression, and connection. This three-session program offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, release stored emotions, and cultivate resilience. Guided intuitively with trauma-informed practices each session invites you to explore your inner world and experience the transformative power of embodied movement.

We gather in the warmth of the studio for an evening of rhythm, voice, and authentic connection. The Sacred Drum & Voice Circle is a space to awaken your primal heartbeat, free your voice, and create music together in a spontaneous, playful way.

Bring your drum (if you have one) and one or more other tribal instruments, and feel free to lend your voice in any way it wishes to move. No musical experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and co-create.

Friday evenings, approximately once a month, from 19:30 to around 22:00–22:30.

Alongside my group work in embodied movement, I offer one-on-one therapy sessions for those who feel called to explore their inner world in a deep and meaningful way. These sessions are for anyone longing to reconnect with themselves, navigate emotional pain, or move through life transitions with greater awareness and resilience.

People often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their sense of self. Some are healing from trauma or struggling with anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, or recurring patterns that no longer serve them. Others are seeking to live more authentically, from a place of clarity, creativity, and inner freedom.

As a trauma-informed psychologist and therapist, I draw from a broad range of methods including EMDR, MBCT, ACT, CBT, and Inner Child Therapy. I integrate these with a holistic and intuitive approach that honors the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I hold space with presence and compassion, while gently inviting you to meet yourself with honesty and curiosity. Through meaningful questions, creative processes, and a willingness to think outside the box, I support you in unfolding your potential and connecting with your inner wisdom. I believe that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering who you truly are.

Sessions take place in a private space separate from the studio. Therapy is also available online via Google Meet, offering flexibility and accessibility for those who prefer or require remote support. You’re welcome to reach out for more information or to book an initial session.

My light-filled, atmospheric 60m² studio is designed with care to offer a warm and welcoming environment for movement, bodywork, small group sessions, or creative exploration.
